Welcome to the ENCOM Association
The purpose of the 416th ENCOM Association is to promote, foster and improve the well-being of Army Reservists. This is accomplished by engaging in such activities beneficial to the Army Reserve or National Defense and to engage in social, patriotic, charitable, educational, benevolent, and civic activities promoting such purposes. We are an organization with more than 150 members ranging from WWII veterans, active and retired reservists and recently separated Army soldiers. Membership is open to past or present members to the 416th Theater Engineer Command (TEC) or former members of the 416th Engineer Command (ENCOM) . ESSAYONS! The 416th ENCOM Association had a busy November. We had a successful Annual Meeting at Argonne on 2 November and wonderful dedication ceremony for the 416th TEC/ENCOM tribute plaque at the National Museum of the US Army on 9 November. Thank you MG Kokaska for speaking at both events. | A close-up of the 416th TEC/ENCOM Tribute Plaque is mounted on the Unit Tribute wall along the National Museum of the US Army Path of Remembrance. The use of black marble makes it especially striking.
These are the members, and former members, of the 416th TEC/ENCOM who attended the Tribute Plaque dedication ceremony. MG Kokaska, CG, 416th TEC is in the center next to the plaque.
