Membership
Qualifications
Membership is open to all personnel from the former 416th Engineer Command (ENCOM) and/or the 416th Theater Engineer Command (TEC) and their subordinate units who have previously served in any unit of the 416th ENCOM or 416th TEC in any assigned status for any period of time.
- Biennial membership: (24 months completing 30 SEP of each odd year).
- Life membership: (upon payment, member is paid for life with no further dues required).
- Biennial upon Retirement (free up to 24 months, completing 30 SEP of the next odd year).
- Honorary (Life) membership: (may be conferred upon any individual for outstanding service given to his Country or this Association).
- Associate membership: (two year term completing 30 SEP of each odd year). Membership may be granted to any member of the Active, Reserve Components or Civilian upon approval of the board and payment of the appropriate dues.

Offline Applications: Click here to download a printable PDF of our application. Just complete the application fully and mail it along with the appropriate dues to the address on the form.
If you would like a high speed paper certificate suitable for framing please request one by noting on your paper application or by emailing the VP of Membership listed on the Board Members tab.
Membership Dues
- Biennial membership ($10.00 per 24 month term)
- Life membership ($100.00)
- Associate membership ($5.00 per 24 month term)
