The 416th ENCOM Association serves the current and past members of the 416th Theater Engineer Command (TEC) and former members of the 416th Engineer Command (ENCOM).  

Membership is open to all personnel from the TEC, the ENCOM and their subordinate units who previously have served in any unit of either Command in an assigned status for any period of time.

We offer opportunities to socialize, serve in leadership roles, and volunteer for many different activities and interests.
